and a partridge -- wait right there! Okay so these birds have been nesting in our backyard for awhile now. Who are they? My husband says they are Turtle Doves. They look like Turtle Doves to me but when searching the internet some people say they are not found in North America.I would love to hear what you all think. I guess I'm still on the fence ;-)

They look like the could be collared doves - no? Great speed with the camera... doves are so camera shy around where I live!

I will have to check into Mourning Doves. Yes they do look sweet together and they are always together - they act more like Love birds. Maybe they are Lovey Doveys.
