No, what I'm talking about is Obstructive Sleep Apnea and sleeping with the aid of a CPAP mask and machine. Five years ago I was diagnosed with severe OSA but instead of going with the recommendation of using a CPAP machine, I opted out because I was vain.
I found myself drowsy in the mornings and pinching myself to stay awake on the morning commute. Now that I have been sleeping with the aid of the machine, I haven't been cutting off my oxygen levels thereby causing sleep deprivation and risking heart attack, stroke and much more!
I may look like a freak but at least I'll live to tell about it.
Here I am on my 2nd week and 3 masks later. My first mask I called 'fighter pilot', the 2nd I called 'pig nose' and this 3rd one I call 'the diver'.

I hope the diver will be the one for me. You can read more on Obstructive Sleep Apnea here.
