To celebrate Canada Day we hosted a BBQ for the family. We rounded out the night with a crackling fire to warm our chilled bodies.As it got darker we waited for the battle call. The neighbours from across the ravine fired their warning shots. My husband had to retaliate with his own.
Then it was on - the sky lit up with colourful lights and all you could hear was what sounded like a battle of the worlds.
Of course we were battling with fireworks! Our guests were impressed. In the city neighbourhoods don't really go at it like ours.
Anyhow, sit back and enjoy my compilation of what happened last night. We are already talking about the show for the next holiday.
