Her face has been altered to protect the innocent but her attitude shines through.Inspector#31 is in charge of Quality Control. She tells me if something is ugly. Her dreaded phrase 'mama that's ugly' will send a project straight to the recyle bin. She keeps me on my toes, that's for sure!
