Well Tom, I'm glad you asked. It is a die-cutter that cuts shapes out of fabric, chipboard, cardstock and so on. It is all the rage in scrap booking circles. I don't scrap book but I plan to use it to cut appliques out of leather. I will keep you posted.
Gotta love new toys. I'd be running around cutting shapes from everything! lol
